The Academy was officially established in year 2016, offering wide range of professional makeup and beauty courses with its content designed according to professional standard.

The Academy provides platform for students to obtain essential certificates on professionalism such as certificate of SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia), and other related profession certificates. The Academy is dedicated to provide quality education and produce highly-trained professionals in field.

I live in the UK and was interested in doing a makeup course when I was back in KL as I have hooded monolid eyes which I’ve always found difficult. I researched and found Private Colors Academy. The cost is very reasonable for 6 hours over 2 days of tuition 1 on 1. I had Hui Qing who answered all my questions and taught me how to prepare my base, colour corrected my melasma and also how to contour, highlight etc. She covered all aspects, introduced new techniques and I could ask all the questions I wanted. She also taught me how to use the brushes I had and suggested Asian make up brands which were more suited and long wearing to me. All in all I enjoyed my lessons and the biggest compliment was from my teenagers who said I could now pass for someone in their 30’s! I am over 50. Thoroughly recommend!

Thank you Qinj for teaching me how to do personal make up. She is really good and skill fill . She gives me a lot of tips how to do make up properly especially how to cover my serious dark circle .
