⏱️ Duration: Approximately 2 hours per client.

📍 Service Location: Services are provided exclusively at Private Colors Academy.

📅 Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to secure your preferred appointment.

🚶 Walk-ins / Urgent Appointments: Subject to availability.

💳 Booking Confirmation: Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

🔄 Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment date and are subject to availability. Appointments made within 7 days of the scheduled service date are not eligible for rescheduling.

❌ Cancellation: Booking payments are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed.

⏰ Appointment Punctuality: Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may experience a delayed completion time. While our makeup artists will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the delay, Private Colors Academy reserves the right to shorten or decline the service if the delay affects subsequent appointments.

⌛ Waiting Time: We are able to hold your appointment for up to 30 minutes. If you expect to arrive later, please inform us as soon as possible. Additional waiting time beyond 30 minutes will be charged at RM50 for every additional 30 minutes (or part thereof), subject to artist availability. Appointments without prior notice may be treated as a cancellation at the Academy's discretion.
